Summary

The main objective of PROJECT LEARN is to create new capabilities within Local Entities (LEs) to enhance their skills in relation to social inclusion, ensuring equal treatment and non-discrimination. To achieve this, work will be done to build a model municipal structure that becomes a benchmark in the fight against racism, xenophobia, hate crimes, and other forms of associated intolerance.

Additionally, and more specifically, the project would consider creating a learning and mutual exchange network focused on Local Entities. Finally, efforts will be made to generate a set of lessons learned that can be transferred to other municipalities, both in Spain and across Europe.
