Summary

The European CARMA project develops various types of land robots that, through artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and technologies such as natural language processing, work autonomously or collaboratively with emergency professionals. These robots facilitate a more natural interaction between humans and robots to optimize responses to accidents or disasters without risking human lives. All gathered information is integrated into a common interactive platform to provide more reliable, complete, and rapid incident information.

To achieve this, the consortium consists of a coordinated team of entities from six different countries and spans a duration of 36 months (September 2024 to 2027).
