Digital Management Scorecard
The Madrid City Council's Digital Management Scorecard is the technological solution that enables the collection, transformation, analysis and visualisation of the main Digital Management indicators, based on the data collected and updated daily from the municipal information systems.
At present, the Balanced Scorecard collects information on different areas, although it is a solution in continuous evolution and improvement and is progressively incorporating new indicators that contribute to the increase of information available on the state and evolution of the City Council's Digital Management.
The Observatory periodically publishes the temporal evolution of the main indicators for consultation and analysis.
