The US magazine specialising in business and finance, Forbes, publishes a ranking with the top twenty universities to study at in Spain in 2021, selected from a list of 88 Spanish universities. 
 
In this ranking, 5 universities in Madrid are ranked in the top 20 best universities in Spain: Complutense University of Madrid (2^nd/20), Autonomous University of Madrid (4^th/20), Nebrija University (5^th/20), San Pablo CEU (6^th/20) and Pontifical University of Comillas (7^th/20).
 
The ranking is based on a questionnaire prepared by an international committee of higher education experts sent to 88 Spanish universities, both public and private
