Madrid in the Top 10 European cities for launching and enterprise

The e-commerce platform called Oberlo publishes the ranking known as Top Cities for Entrepreneurial Success 2021 , which analyses what cities worldwide are the most prepared for successfully launching a business. 
 
Madrid is ranked as the 22^nd best city for launching an enterprise (22^nd/75) and the 6^th best city in Europe, surpassing Amsterdam (23^rd/75), Milan (25^th/75), Zurich (26^th/75), Edinburgh (27^th/65) or Rome (31^st/75), in a ranking led by London, New York, San Francisco, Sidney and Melbourne. 
 
The ranking is comprised of 13 indicators grouped into 4 areas which measure: infrastructures, technological and digital aspects, imports and exports, and finance.  
 
Madrid has earned good scores for indicators that measure financial freedom (10^th/75), small business loans (21^st/75), measures for supporting entrepreneurial women (37^th/75), Covid-19 aid (40^th/75) and its system. However, the following indicators are identified as areas where Madrid has room to improve in this ranking: financial freedom (64^th/75), days needed to set up an enterprise (57^th/75), its entrepreneurial ecosystem (51^st/75) and unemployment benefits (54^th/75).
